Put it down
Floor, mat, rug or bed. The base is flat and non-slip, so it does not travel while you settle onto it.
Acemend by Felmiro
A multi-level lumbar arch that lets gravity do the stretching. You lie down, your spine opens in the direction it has been closing all day, and you get up. No batteries, no app, nothing to assemble.
Why a back stops moving
Sitting holds the lumbar spine in a slight forward bend for hours at a time. The muscles along it shorten, the discs stay loaded, and by the evening the whole area feels stiff rather than sore.
Stretching forward — the way most people instinctively do — repeats that same shape. What the area rarely gets is extension: a slow, supported bend in the opposite direction, held long enough for the tissue to respond.
That is the entire job of the Acemend. You lie back over the arch and let your own weight open what sitting closed. It is the same idea a therapist applies by hand, minus the appointment.
Supported extension — the movement a therapist walks you through by hand.
The difference is the position
Left: the shape a day of sitting leaves you in — shoulders forward, lower back locked, hand on the sore spot. Right: the same body with the arch underneath, holding the opposite curve while you do nothing at all.
BeforeHunched, guarded, hand on the lower back. The spine has been closing all day and nothing has asked it to open.
After
Flat on the floor, arch under the lumbar curve, arms open. Gravity does the stretching — you just breathe for five minutes.
Illustration of how the Acemend is used, not a clinical result. It is a wellness product, not a medical device or a treatment, and what you feel will depend on your own back.
The routine
There is nothing to learn. Take it out of the box and you already know what to do with it.
Floor, mat, rug or bed. The base is flat and non-slip, so it does not travel while you settle onto it.
Position it under your lower back, knees bent, arms wherever they are comfortable. Let your weight down slowly — the arch does the work, not you.
Stay for five slow minutes. Roll off to one side rather than sitting straight up. Flip the arch under your neck if you want the same thing for your shoulders.
Start on the lowest arch setting. Most people stay there for the first two weeks — this is not a device you should force.
What buyers say
Working on stretching my back and increasing flexibility to resolve some poor posture issues from sitting at work too much. This definitely revealed how tight I am, as my shoulders do not reach the floor the way the image shows. But after using it every day I am almost there. It's a combination of increasing flexibility in certain muscles and strengthening the core. It's not easy but it actually feels good now, and my husband has started using it too. It's made well. Edit to update: it has been 1 month using it every day and I can now reach the floor with my shoulders. This item is useful!
Recommended product, reliable seller, high quality — it does exactly what it promises.
I was having a lot of lower back pain. This helped to ease that for me, in a big way. I go to the chiropractor regularly, and whenever I use this, they always say "you're moving really well today." I'm grateful that something so simple can make such a big difference.
Fast delivery. The item was properly packed, with no damage. There is no instruction sheet in the box, but a video can be viewed online.
This is surprisingly uncomfortable at first. I have found that it works best for me if I place it on the couch, bed, or thick carpeting — using it directly on our hardwood floor is not attainable for me. But it really does help stretch my back and relieves pain, enough that I can get relief to sleep. Make sure the thickest part is supporting your upper back and the narrow part is supporting your lower back. And don't give up: it really does help ease back pain. Next I'm going to try using it twice a day for 5–10 minutes like several comments have suggested.
Arrived quickly and without damage. I think it will help relieve my back after a tiring day. Thanks to the seller and the couriers.
I purchased this for my husband. He has horrible lower back pain that he can't seem to shake a lot of times, and after doing a little research we found this. Every time he feels even a slight bit of pain he grabs this. He even started using it when he works from home to give extra support on his lower back. This is definitely worth every penny.
This is how it arrives. I recommend it.
I bought this in hopes of relieving lower back pain. It was stated that it may be uncomfortable to use in the beginning and it truly was. So much so that I wasn't sure that I could continue. But I was noticing a reduction in my lower back pain, which had been quite bad at the end of the day. After two weeks of use the device is not as uncomfortable and I'm still having good benefits from using it. My only complaint is that it came without any instructions, so you'll have to look them up online.
Every review here was written by a buyer of this same arch on Amazon or AliExpress, where we source it. They are reproduced word for word, translated into English where the buyer wrote in another language, with the names as each marketplace shows them. None of them are Felmiro orders, so none of them carry a verified-buyer badge — when our own customers write, theirs will.

It will feel intense, and that is normal — it is a stretch your back has not been asked for in a while. It should feel like a strong stretch, never a sharp pain. That is why the Acemend ships on its lowest arch setting, and why we suggest starting with two or three minutes rather than five.
Ask your doctor or physical therapist first. This is a wellness product, not a medical device or a treatment. If you have a herniated disc, a recent injury, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, or you are pregnant, do not use it without clearing it with a professional.
Once a day is plenty. Most people find the evening works best — it undoes the shape the day put them in. Some add a short session in the morning. More than that is not better.
Yes. Turn the arch around and place it under the base of your skull with your shoulders on the floor. The same extension applies to the cervical curve. Keep neck sessions shorter — two to three minutes is enough.
The frame is rated to 260 lb. Above that we would not recommend it, because the arch is designed to stay rigid under you — any flex changes the stretch it delivers.
Free within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after that. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to explain why. See our refund policy for the details.
